Archiving Policy

The Global Journal of Economic Strategy and Business Management (GJESBM) is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation and accessibility of all published content.

1. Digital Archiving

  • All articles published in GJESBM are preserved digitally in the journal’s OJS system and remain permanently accessible online.
  • The journal utilizes regular backups to safeguard against data loss or technical failure.

2. Self-Archiving by Authors

  • Authors are permitted to archive both pre-print (submitted version) and post-print (accepted version) manuscripts, as well as the final published version (PDF) in institutional repositories, personal websites, or other platforms, provided proper citation to the published article in GJESBM is included.

3. Indexing and Repository Archiving

  • Articles are deposited in indexing services and repositories to maximize visibility, accessibility, and scholarly impact.
  • The journal supports using metadata standards (OAI-PMH) to facilitate harvesting by repositories and indexing systems.

4. Long-Term Preservation

To guarantee continued access, GJESBM works towards archiving its content through trusted digital preservation services and institutional collaborations that ensure permanent availability, even during the journal’s discontinuation.

5. Accessibility Commitment

All archived content will remain freely accessible per the journal’s Open Access policy, ensuring that research published in GJESBM can be accessed and used by researchers, practitioners, and the broader public without barriers.
